When you’re breastfeeding your need for vitamin A is higher. Vitamin A does transfer in breast milk, so your intake is important!

Enter the Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie!!

It seriously tastes like pie and is an amazing way to get in more vitamin A and fiber when breastfeeding.

I created this recipe to hit my PFF eating method for postpartum weight loss while breastfeeding. It provides you with double digit protein, fat and fiber which equals fuller for longer!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Milk

  • ½ Sweet Potato

  • 2 tbsp. Almond Butter

  • 1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder (Check out my favorite protein powders below!)

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats

STEPS:

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend
